HOTEL AT HOME YEAR EVENT 2019 – AMSTERDAM
The third, successful, edition of the Hotel at Home Year Event took place on Tuesday 7th and Wednesday 8th of May 2019. During this inspiring event with an exclusief group of hoteliers, we visited amazing hospitality concepts in Amsterdam by boat. On the second day we visited the construction site of nhow Amsterdam RAI and the Independent Hotel Show in Amsterdam RAI.

We started the day with a culinary welcome and tour at Conscious Hotel Westerpark, after which we sailed by boat to Hotel Sir Adam. In this modern hotel we had got to know more about the eccentric hotel- and meeting rooms. After this we sailed to the unique and original Pulitzer Amsterdam. We ended this inspiring day with a tasty 6-coursed menu at Conscious Hotel Westerpark.
On May 8th we welcomed our guests at the construction site of the nhow Amsterdam RAI Hotel. Here we had sneak peek in one of the future hotel rooms. After this we closed our event with a visit at The Independent Hotel Show, where our Hotel at Home partners welcomed all guests at their own stands!

HOTEL AT HOME TREND TOUR LISBON 2019
The third inspiring International tour took place from Thursday November 21st until Saturday November 23rd 2019 in the Portugese city Lisbon. During this tour we visited 9 unique, beautiful or interesting hotel concepts.

When we arrived in our hotel in Lisbon we were surprised by the sportive look at Pestana CR7 Lisboa. Shortly after arriving at our hotel we traveled to Myriad by Sana located on the banks of the Tagus. Here we enjoyed a luxurious diner with an amazing panoramic view.
On the second day we really discover Lisbon at it’s best, strolling through the the narrow alleys and the steep stairs. At first we visited Pousada de Lisboa
Op de tweede dag ontdekten we Lissabon pas echt, lopend door de smalle steegjes en op de stijle trappen. De dag startte met een bezoek aan Pousada de Lisboa, is Small Luxury Hotel in Lisbon has been completely restored, transforming it into a launching pad for a luxury urban experience. After this we travelled to The Lumiares Hotel & Spa to have a tour in the studios. Around the corner we also visited The Vintage Hotel & Spa which is also part of the BOMPORTO Hotels Group. This hotel was a great surprise with a 70’s style and a good lunch in restaurant The Blue. Later that afternoon we were warmly welcomed by António en Filipa the owners of the outstanding Casa Fortunato. We closed the day with a tour and tasteful dinner in 1908 Lisboa Hotel.
On our last day, Saturday, we travelled to LX Factory where art, culture, workshop and food are perfectly combined. We closed our inspiring tour with a visit at bij Verride Palácio de Santa Catarina. A great combination of drinking champagne on Lisbon’s highest rooftop bar with a 360º view, visiting the outstand hotel rooms and a hospitable amazing closing lunch in restaurant Suba.
